Our latest capital allowances survey took us to Lake Garda in Italy and what a stunning property/place it is.
The villa is a one hour drive from Milan airport, that is if your business partner does not have avoid toll roads on the sat nav of course, which ends up taking you the scenic route that adds half hour and some crazy local Italian drivers.
Either way the drive to and from the villa is a stunning one with spectacular views all along the way. I would however recommend a stop off in Salo on the edge of Lake Garda, the views from the marina are breathtaking.
